Notes on Tuition Fees and Other Charges

Parents will be invoiced at the end of each term for the next term’s fee and charges. Cheques should be made out to ‘The Pointer School’ and forwarded to the school on or before the first day of each term. Payment can also be made by BACS transfer, details from the Accounts Department. Fees paid after the first day of the term incur the higher charge as detailed on the separate schedule of fees and as outlined above.A registration fee of £100 should accompany the Registration Form. This amount offsets the various administration costs. When the school makes a written offer of acceptance, a £1,000 deposit should be paid. The deposit will be credited to the final account rendered on completion of the last term’s fee if all outstanding books/equipment have been returned and charges have been paid, and providing the school is advised a term in advance. Please note that this £1,000 deposit is not returnable if parents do not subsequently take up the offer of a place.
