The Pointer School is a thriving co-educational school for boys and girls aged 3-11 with an outstanding reputation for delivering a traditional yet exciting education within a Christian framework. In October 2014 the Independent Schools Inspectorate found Pointers to be ‘Excellent’ in all areas.

On Friday 8th May the Pointers Athletics team competed at the Greenwich Schools Athletics Championship at Sutcliffe Park. Seventeen local schools competed in what was a fantastic event. London Schools Swimming Association On Wednesday 6th May, the Pointer School Swim Team competed at the LSSA Championships hosted by Alleyn’s School. The team performed consistently in various individual heats, with some stand-out individual performances. The school has been celebrating a record breaking set of results in recent entrance exams for the Year 6 students. An amazing 25 scholarships were offered to the 34 pupils aged 10-11. On Friday the Reception classes visited the Discover Storytelling Centre in Stratford. The children had a great time helping the baby space monster Hooter to find lots of new stories for his planet. We also had a chance to explore the ‘Story Zone’ and make up our own adventure stories!
