The Early Years’ School Council recently held a fundraising drive to adopt animals at London Zoo. After a successful event, the children officially adopted an elephant and a giraffe. The school council then decided to run a competition for children to name the animals. Each class had a suggestion box and the school council met to choose their favourites. On Friday 3rd May the school was represented at the London Christian Schools Jamboree tournament by Florian, Max, Fabian, Ethan, Louka and Gaurav. The competition was an individual event with accumulated scores being attributed to the individual schools. The Pointer School took first place by a very wide margin.
